Dr. Kocour has been working in private practice in Ogden since 2009. After graduating from the University of Nebraska-Omaha with an emphasis in Exercise Science with a Specialization in Athletic Training, she began working in a physical therapy and rehabilitation hospital for 5 years. During this time, Dr. Jennifer chose to enter chiropractic college and left Omaha to attend Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa. Dr. Jennifer then practiced in Iowa and New Mexico before purchasing Ogden Chiropractic in Ogden with Dr. Josh.
Dr. Jennifer and Dr. Josh found an increasing need to expand the practice, and the services offered. In 2016, they founded OC Medical, offering a variety of specialized medical services to patients. Dr. Jennifer loves the practice of medicine and continues to attend seminars and trainings to increase her knowledge, and to stay updated with the latest industry changes and technologies.
Dr. Jennifer has always appreciated the relationship between proper body function and optimal health. She utilizes the Gonstead Method in her practice as well as torque release which is a light force technique and B.E.S.T. technique which is an energetic technique that focuses on updating emotions and thoughts as it pertains to your health. Her main focus within the practice is with infants and children and women’s health issues.
Dr. Jenn and Dr. Josh teach their patients (a wide range of individuals from infants and children, seniors, athletes, and adults) how to get their bodies to functional and perform at its peak potential. They also educate people on how to maximize their health and adaptability to life’s stresses… naturally, so they can live life with more energy and vitality.

Dr. Josh Phelps has been in private practice since 2009. He attended University of Nebraska -Omaha, studying Exercise Science. He was also in the graduate program in Exercise Physiology, specializing in Strength and Conditioning while at the University of Nebraska.
Since being in Utah he has continued his education from the Personal Injury Training Institute and earned the qualifications of Motor Vehicle Collision Occupant Injuries Certification (MVCOI).
As a former strength and conditioning coach, competitive Olympic weight lifter, and very active athlete, Dr. Josh Phelps has experienced herniated discs and excruciating back pain himself. Like many of you, he got only slightly better utilizing traditional treatments – until he found the incredible benefits of chiropractic and modalities to improve the bodies natural ability to heal. Experiencing relief and healing through treatments himself, Dr. Phelps decided to change course and pursue a career in chiropractic. He decided to enter chiropractic college and left Omaha to attend Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa. Dr. Josh practiced chiropractic in Montana and New Mexico before purchasing Ogden Chiropractic with Dr. Jennifer.
In 2016, Dr. Josh and Dr. Jennifer decided to expand the practice to include specialized medical services. Dr. Josh still enjoys being athletic in his off time. He enjoys working out with friends and coaching Olympic weight lifting at a local Crossfit. He enjoys spending time in the outdoors camping, riding his mountain bike, and skiing.
